Our vision is to create one million female millionaires in Real Estate, across Africa.

Our mission is to facilitate the participation & financial empowerment of African women through Real Estate.

To build community, provide resources, training and mentoring required for women to flourish in a male dominated industry such as Real Estate.

Change

To close the gender gap between African men and women involved in the business of Real Estate and challenge pre-conceived notions & biases most African women have towards their finances and ownership of Real Estate.

Support

To build a sustainable support system for mentorship opportunities, resources, access to a supportive community, legal, emotional support & mental aid required for women to succeed in the business of Real Estate.

Empowerment

To improve the success rate of female entrepreneurs and increase the proportion of financially empowered women & female business owners in the Real Estate sector by creating a platform / opportunities for networking and building value-added business relationships.
